Teletruk forklift Training

Description

This staff Teletruk forklift training course is done on-site at your business premises. Training starts off around a laptop for the health & safety presentation, followed by a video. Then onto the practical part & assessment. Ideally, we require a room for the theory part, and some empty pallets for the practical part.

On successful completion, candidates will receive a certificate of training. This complies with UK law, and meets the requirements for insurance purposes. The HSE recommends refresher trainining is done within a 5 year period.

Do not worry too much about delays and staff being pulled away etc. as this is expected when doing on-site training. In terms of space, we work with whatever is available.

• Starting, moving and stopping the truck
• Test your knowledge
• Manoeuvring in open and confined area’s
• Introduction to the lift truck to be used
• Operation of hydraulic controls
• Daily pre-use inspection & maintenance
• Stacking/de-stacking at different heights
• Care of batteries/LPG/Diesel trucks
• Practical test of basic operating skills
